Tiene una ventaja para ti y conviene decirla: nadie puede vaciar tu cuenta con un contracargo fraudulento, y no guardamos números de tarjeta porque nunca los vemos. Y tiene un costo: si te equivocas al pagar, no se deshace.

There is an upside for you, worth stating: nobody can drain your account with a fraudulent chargeback, and we hold no card numbers because we never see one. And there is a cost: if you make a mistake paying, it does not undo.

Un token es una licencia de acceso, no un saldo que te debemos — está explicado en el apartado 06 de los términos. Por eso no se cambian por efectivo, ni al comprarlos, ni sin usar, ni al cerrar la cuenta.

A token is an access licence, not a balance we owe you — set out in section 06 of the terms. That is why they do not convert back to cash: not on purchase, not unused, and not on account closure.

• Unused tokens on account closure.
• Accounts closed for breaching the terms.

El contenido digital se entrega en el instante en que pagas y ya no se puede devolver. Por eso mostramos el precio en tokens antes de cada confirmación, sin excepción: la decisión se toma antes, no después.

Digital content is delivered the instant you pay and cannot be handed back. That is why we show the token price before every confirmation, without exception: the decision happens before, not after.

Cuando el fallo es nuestro o del sistema, lo corregimos. No es una excepción que haya que negociar: es la política, y estos son los casos.

When the failure is ours or the system’s, we fix it. That is not an exception you have to negotiate for: it is the policy, and these are the cases.

• Te cobramos dos veces por lo mismo. No debería poder pasar — cada gasto lleva una clave de idempotencia y la base de datos rechaza el duplicado — pero si pasa, te devolvemos los tokens.
• Pagaste de más en una factura de cripto. La diferencia se te acredita en tokens al tipo de cambio de la factura.
• Pagaste y no recibiste los tokens. Esto no debería existir: el cobro y la acreditación ocurren en la misma transacción de base de datos. Si algo lo rompe, lo arreglamos nosotros sin que tengas que pedirlo.
• El archivo está corrupto, incompleto o no se puede descargar. Lo reponemos, y si no podemos, te acreditamos los tokens.
• Retiramos una pieza que ya habías desbloqueado — por una reclamación de derechos de autor o porque la creadora la retiró. Te acreditamos los tokens que pagaste. Ese costo lo asumimos nosotros.
• Un error de precio evidente por nuestra parte. Ajustamos y te acreditamos la diferencia.

• We charged you twice for the same thing. It should not be able to happen — every spend carries an idempotency key and the database refuses the duplicate — but if it does, the tokens go back.
• You overpaid a crypto invoice. The difference is credited to you in tokens at the invoice rate.
• You paid and got no tokens. This state should not exist: the payment record and the credit happen in one database transaction. If something breaks it, we fix it without you having to ask.
• The file is corrupt, incomplete, or will not download. We replace it, and if we cannot, we credit the tokens.
• We pulled a piece you had already unlocked — through a copyright claim or because the creator withdrew it. We credit back the tokens you paid. We absorb that cost.
• An obvious pricing error on our side. We correct it and credit you the difference.

Cada devolución queda escrita en ft.token_ledger como un asiento nuevo que apunta al original. No se borra el cobro: se anota la corrección. Puedes ver las dos filas.

Every reversal is written to ft.token_ledger as a new entry pointing back at the original. The charge is not erased: the correction is recorded. You can see both rows.

We answer within [Support Response Window]. If the case is on the list above, you do not have to argue with anybody: it gets credited and that is that.

Hoy solo cobramos en cripto. Si en el futuro añadimos pago con tarjeta, esta página cambia antes de que se acepte la primera: las tarjetas traen contracargos reales y, en varios de los países donde opera esta red, derechos de desistimiento sobre compras digitales que un contrato no puede quitar.

Today we take crypto only. If we add card payment in the future, this page changes before the first card is accepted: cards bring real chargebacks and, in several of the countries this network operates in, statutory withdrawal rights on digital purchases that no contract can waive.
